How This Works
Step 1: Book Your 2-Hour Session
You’ll book a 2-hour time slot in my calendar. Payment is up-front. You’ll receive an automatic email with a calendar invitation and more information.
Step 2: Prepare for Your Website Work Session
To get the most out of the experience, I’ll have you email me all of your project files, questions, and information ahead of time.
Step 3: Show Up to Your Session
On the day of our session, I’ll work solely on your project for 2 hours and will complete as much of it as possible. I expect you to be available at the beginning and end of our session so that revisions can be made quickly via email or video chat.
Step 4: Wrap Up, Relax, and Celebrate!
At the end of our session, I’ll return all of your files back to you. We’ll say goodbye for now and decide whether or not you need to book another session. After that, it’s time to sit back, relax, and celebrate, knowing that everything is all taken care of.

✓ Our 4-hour work session. I’ll show up on time, roll up my sleeves, and get straight to it!
✓ I usually start the session with a video chat to set expectations and make sure that I have all the information needed up-front such as website access, logo & brand files, etc.
✓ Email support for 3 days after your session just in case you have questions or something isn’t working smoothly.

✓ A detailed questionnaire for you to fill out ahead of time if I need a better understanding of your brand.
✓ A Google Drive folder with access to any shared files that I edited or utilized for your project.
✓ A short personalized screenshare video tutorial explaining how to edit the parts of your website that I worked on.

I have 2 options:
(1) Book an additional 2-hour session.
(2) If the additional edits require less than 2 hours, I’ll do the work as soon as possible and send you an invoice afterward for $110 per hour, billed by the quarter-hour.
*I’ll have a chat with you first to make sure you’re aware of the additional time and cost.

I do not work with other website platforms.
*If you need general website design advice (that’s not related to a specific platform), I may be able to provide guidance on a 1-hour session. Let me know if you’re interested, and we’ll go from there.

Nope, unless you need any of the following items, which are not included in the cost:
✗ Squarespace website subscriptions
✗ Domain name purchases
✗ 3rd party app subscriptions
✗ Custom website templates, fonts, or graphic design kits
*If you need to purchase any of those items during our session, I’ll guide you through the process to ensure that you're purchasing exactly what you need. I’ll also help you apply any of our affiliate discounts to save you some $$.

When you book a time with me, you are committing to a 2-hour work session. I do not offer refunds once your session is complete. If I finish your project before our time runs out, I can answer questions and provide help with any other web and branding-related items you need.
*If you need to cancel or reschedule your VIP Day once it’s already booked, let me know and we’ll work something out.
