How It Works
Step 1: Book Your Session
Start by booking a 4-hour time slot in my calendar below. Payment is up-front. You’ll receive an automatic email with a calendar invitation and more information.
Step 2: Prepare
To get the most out of this experience, I’ll have you email me your content, files, website access, inspiration, questions, and anything else I need ahead of time so that our session can be focused on designing—not hunting down materials.
Step 3: Our Design Intensive
On the day of your intensive, I’ll work solely on your project for four hours and complete as much as possible. If needed, we can kick off our session with a quick video chat. Then I’ll roll up my sleeves and get to work. It can also be helpful if you’re somewhat available by text, email, or video chat for quick questions or decisions along the way—but it’s not required.
Step 4: Wrap Up + Next Steps
At the end of our session, we’ll review what we accomplished, tie up any loose ends, and determine whether anything else needs to happen next. Then, you get to enjoy the very satisfying feeling of finally crossing that project off your to-do list! 🎉

FAQs
-
Your Intensive includes four dedicated hours to work exclusively on your project, along with any necessary prep beforehand and three days of follow-up email support for questions related to the work completed during our session.
Depending on your project, this may also include:
✓ A pre-session questionnaire
✓ A shared Google Drive folder for project files
✓ A brief kickoff conversation to align on priorities before I begin
✓ Collaborative communication throughout the session for questions, feedback, and approvals via text, email, or video chat
✓ A personalized screen-recorded tutorial showing you how to manage anything we created -
We’ll establish a prioritized project list ahead of time so I can tackle the most important items first. If we don’t get through everything during your intensive, we can decide whether it makes sense to book another session or continue with additional hourly support.
-
Nope! You’re welcome to be available for questions, feedback, and quick decisions via email, text, or video chat, but you don’t need to sit at your computer for four hours—or check in at all. If you’d rather leave me to it, I can simply email you an update once your session is complete.

My website design and development work is focused exclusively on Squarespace. However, Design Intensives can also include related brand and marketing projects like Canva graphics, Flodesk email templates, brand refinement, and other supporting materials.

Your Design Intensive covers my time and expertise. Any outside expenses—such as Squarespace subscriptions, domain purchases, third-party apps, premium fonts, templates, or other paid resources—are not included. If something needs to be purchased for your project, I’ll always discuss it with you first.
